Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if the item arrived damaged or defective, is the wrong item, colour or variant, or is clearly different from its description.

To request a return or replacement, WhatsApp us on 0300 6391166 with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the item and parcel.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories. For hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as hair brushes, trimmers and styling tools) can only be returned if damaged, defective or wrong. Damage from misuse, water or wrong voltage is not covered.

Once approved, we will send a replacement or refund. Refunds can take a few working days to reach you.
